We welcome your feedback whether offering a suggestion or observation, expressing satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service you have received from any of our Professionals agents or salespeople.
Initially we encourage direct discussion with the salesperson or agency management who you have been dealing with. You can place your feedback in writing using the forms provided below and forward this to the office and/or ourselves for followup and contact with you.

available to you is the Government, Justice Department Real Estate
Agents Authority which you can access directly at any time in respect
of a complaint. Details of their complaints process and their contact
details can be found on the Authority Website (www.reaa.govt.nz)
