Want to join an elite team
of real estate professionals?
Our people are our strength. We have first-class marketing; we have the leading industry software. But if our agents don’t work hard to earn the trust and respect of our buyers and sellers, then we will not succeed. That’s why we want to recruit the best.
So if you think you have what it takes to represent our market-leading brand, uphold our good reputation and to earn the loyalty of our customers - then we would very much like to hear from you.
If you do decide to join us, you can rest assured you will be supported by one of the industry’s most comprehensive training and professional development programmes.
Professionals work with leading motivators and coaches such as Lee Woodward, one of Australia’s most sought-after trainers. You will benefit from the advice and guidance of people like Lee at events such as our annual Salesperson’s Conference.
These conferences are great opportunity for you to learn from local and international real estate industry figures, as well as sharing your own knowledge and experience with other consultants across New Zealand.
An annual conference for agency owners and business managers is another ideal platform for further professional development, as knowledge and ideas are fed back through local offices and agents for the benefit of our entire team. Past speakers include Robert Bevan, Lee Woodward, Debbie Mayo-Smith and John McGrath.
