Our business provides for all facets of Property Management:- from the complete caretaker role for investors and absentee owners, a casual letting service for Landlords who do their own management, investment advice and personal referral for buying and selling services.
The Rent Shop Ltd was established by Warwick James in 1984 as part of Law Real Estate (1984) Ltd, to specialise in Property Management. Since its establishment it has grown in both size and profile to become a separate licensed company and an integral part of the Professionals Real Estate Marketing Group Warwick James still personally oversees the running of the company.
The Rent Shop Ltd is one of the founding members of the New Zealand Residential Property Managers Association and is a recognised voice on Property Management allowing us to be effective in making improvements to the industry and providing input on legislative changes.
Our approach is founded on providing personal service through individual Property Managers with an underlying philosophy of treating your property as if it were our own.
