In 1986 we welcomed the chance to change from a property based business to a people based business; one where we could create real estate solutions for people buying and selling property that would stand them in good stead for their futures. We understood the area suited families and we wanted to focus our services to suit our clients so they would feel it was advantageous to return to work with us.
We ultimately set our vision to reflect this:

While our main focus is family homes, and as a family company we understand families needs, we have a range of other complimentary services that make it easier for our clients to work with us. We offer rentals, property management, commercial sales and commercial leasing. We also offer project management promoting apartments suitable for our empty nesters, enabling them to stay in the area when the children leave.
We talk to our customers as like minded people. This approach along with our intimate local knowledge allows us to constantly deliver top quality results for both our buyers and sellers. As an added bonus, our long serving team are specialised and have varied international backgrounds allowing us to work well with all our customers.
As a company we have embraced technology making it easier for our clients to work with us. We are constantly developing our website as we understand people are time poor and require to be able to conduct property related research at a time to suit themselves.
We produce a fortnightly e-newsletter which has highly informative comment on the local market to keep people abreast with changes in the market and up to date information.
