North Bay Real Estate Ltd covers the area from Athenree to Tauranga and the company specialises in the
sale of rural properties, either income producing orchards or lifestyle blocks, and also residential
properties in Athenree, Katikati, Te Puna, Omokoroa and Bethlehem.

Many of our rural sales team are active orchardists and floriculturists, having first-hand experience in
orcharding, particularly kiwifruit and avocados.

North Bay Real Estate Ltd was formed in 1991 after taking over the premises of Northern Bay Real Estate
Ltd on the Main Road in Katikati and the company became a member of 'Professionals' Group at the same
time. A second office is located on the Main Road, Bethlehem, Tauranga and a further office on State
Highway 2 in Te Puna.
