Our industry has not got the best reputation so we understand you doubting our sincerity. Thats why we
give you the following guarantees:

* If at any time you are not satisfied with our performance or believe we have not acted in your best
interests you can fire us as your agent with no fees payable.

* We will give you our estimate of the selling price of your home in writing and if we dont get you what
we said we would you dont have to pay us a cent.

* If at the point of sale you do not believe we deserve our standard fee then well leave it up to you to
pay us what you believe is fair.
