Introducing Durrelle Green
I’m a competent, Vibrant and realistic lifestyle and horticulture guru.
I choose real estate because I love to deal with people; helping people, talking to people and providing people with service that is better than they have had before. When I talk to people about what I do I always say ‘I sell homes, but my business is people” I never say “I sell real estate”. Because that is what this business is about, it’s about the people as well as the properties. I love the concept of real estate match making– putting buyers & sellers together, it’s like I’m Cupid!
Honesty, enthusiasm, and being 100% committed to providing excellent service is my focus. I like to keep things simple, transparent and to be upfront and honest. It is important for me that my vendors and buyers receive the very best service - I will be that agent that goes the extra mile for her clients every time “Leave no stone unturned” as my mother would always say!
My presence in the real-estate market is rapidly growing, I have established a considerable reputation as a skilled negotiator, I thrive on personal growth and am highly motivated to become the best at everything I pursue. My major strength is my vision, this coupled with my interpersonal and communication skills means I can make my venders and buyer’s dreams come true. My enthusiasm for the job and ability to consistently deliver outstanding results allows me to have a strong network of clients to entrust their property interests with me.
My background is varied and colourful - literally colourful. I cultivated my career working mostly in the art and farming industries. I owned Harrisons Gallery in Tauranga, so my love of art is evident. I was creative from a very young age, winning my first colouring in competition at the age of 5 (I won a packet of radish seeds!). At the age of 17 I started my own small business; hand painting furniture– also winning a big contract with Pumpkin Patch at the age of 19. Sign writing, cartooning, teaching art– if its art related I have done it! In 2003 I completed a Certificate in Veterinarian Nursing and managed a small farm but then I was enticed back into the art world taking on my pristine position as the new Manager at Harrisons Gallery. The experience of owning multi small businesses has allowed me to gain invaluable proficiency in marketing, budgeting and servicing a solid client base. I love the Bay of Plenty and everything about it– the lifestyle, the beaches, the sun, the people, my home, my family and all the wonderful friends I have here.
With a reputation built on honesty and trust, you can be confident that I have both the capacity and the level of care to achieve the best result for your most important asset.
