Introducing Erin Jamieson
Erin is a wonderful advocate for Franklin having witnessed it grow from a sleepy rural town to the modern cosmopolitan area that it is today. She can share with you a lot of local history, and remembers riding her pony along Runciman Road in the 1980’s when it was a gravel road with barely a house to be seen.
Erin’s two children have grown up in Pukekohe and attended the local playcentre, kindergarten, primary, intermediate and high schools as well as many of the sports clubs and activities in Pukekohe. They are now keen showjumpers and motor cross competitors. From personal experience, Erin is perfectly equipped to advise families on all Pukekohe has to offer, and relate this to their real estate needs. She is passionate about Franklin and brings this enthusiasm when presenting properties.
Living on a 15 acre block with her family, Erin enjoys a country lifestyle together with their dogs and horses while being close to the shopping, dining and entertainment of Pukekohe. Erin is an accomplished rider and equestrian coach. Her excellent communication skills and necessary sense of humour, utilised in this role, also allows her to relate well with her real estate clients making for an enjoyable experience, whether buying or selling your property.
Erin’s ability to think on her feet and keen negotiation skills will ensure you get the best outcome for your sale.
