Ross brings a suite of unique, and fine-tuned skills, highly effective for bringing whatever sales transaction you have, or are planning, to a satisfying conclusion.
With Ross, and the network links he has with Professionals, you are in the rare position of being able to reach buyers in new, innovative ways, given his 12.5 years spent working across both Journalism and marketing communications.
Ross says those experiences, and having exercised a variety of capabilities at work over that length of time, and in many different situations, has prepared him well for being able to deliver on the needs of respective clients and customers in real estate.
Ross says despite his apparent inexperience in real estate just starting out, “clients/customers can have confidence that I will understand their needs, with me having the experience and know-how to build, and nurture a mutually-beneficial relationship – one which is built on integrity and trust.”
As well as being a licensed real estate salesperson under the REA 2008, Ross holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies degree from the University of Waikato, his first major in Management Communication. When winding up his print Journalism career in early 2018, Ross studied in Rotorua completing a postgraduate Diploma in Management with endorsement in Hospitality.
That knowledge and insight, coupled with his previous work background will, as an intermediary in a sales transaction prove invaluable and, says Ross, even help to bring welcome prices to vendors and buyers alike.
Originally from Dargaville, a rural township in Northland, not too dissimilar to Waipukurau, Ross is looking forward to getting more acquainted with locals in the Waipukurau and surrounding area, establishing, and working through your property needs with you.
Ross has family who are from Waipukurau, and so (when not hard at work for you), is wanting to spend a little more time with them catching up for lost time.
Ross’ other interests include golf, tennis, swimming in the ocean in summer, fishing from the shoreline, kayaking, and cooking.
With his golf, Ross has been a grade club champion at two different golf clubs, and so is keen to join a local club, and in the near future, would like to try and contribute to junior golf in the CHB in some way.
