The property situated at: 11 Clifden Highway, Tuatapere, legal description being an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1012 square meters more or less being Lot 2 Deposited Plan 2044 as comprised in Certificate of Title SL113/286A Southland Registry.

This tender is being conducted in accordance with the Particulars and Conditions approved by the Registrar at Christchurch High Court, which have been available for inspection by interested parties at the office of the Agent for the Vendor, the office of the Solicitor for the Vendor and at the offices of the Vendor, from the date of first advertising of tender until the Tender Closing Date.

Prospective Purchasers are advised that if they have not made themselves familiar with those conditions, they should do so immediately, because the successful tenderer will be deemed to have been tendering on the basis of those Particulars and Conditions.
