Tokomaru community is a great place to live, I know, I've lived there for 20 years. I love being part of a village and also in quiet country surroundings. The vendors have also loved living in Tokomaru but unfortunately, their job has meant they must move on. This lovely villa was moved to this site in 2008 so it has had a lot of the major things an older home needs done. They have also recently done roof repairs and added shower doors to the back rain shower.

The home has three very generous size bedrooms, a large lounge and the good old fashioned family dining room which has a cooker fireplace to keep you snug in winter. Plus, there are two bathrooms which are both modern and the kitchen in country styling and has plenty of cupboards and space to cook.

Have family BBQ's or a few friends around for a few cold ones on the large deck in summer and take in the fantastic rural views or the hills beyond. Take the party into the garage where you'll find a Bar and plenty of space to put in a pool table, plus garage is walled off from the bar to give plenty of room for you to park the cars or tinker with some projects in the weekends.

Tokomaru has lots to offer a family with Tokomaru School and Early Childhood Centre just a short walk away plus there is a dairy/takeaways and the RSA just down the road. Tokomaru is a fantastic community with a strong supportive spirit.
