Excellent first home for a young family as its set down a quiet drive with other young families. There is great spot for the trampoline on the large front lawn and you can sit on the deck watching the kids with your cuppa or follow the sun to the back deck. The three bedrooms are all double and one special one decorated for the young one. Slide open the doors off your master bedroom to take in the summer (when it comes). Keep warm in winter with the heat pump or open the back ranch slider off the dining room in summer to let in a cool breeze.
