Introducing Denyse Howell-Styles

I am a fully licenced sales and marketing agent and have worked in the real estate industry for over 27 years.

I started out in 1987 in Otaki specialising in high end and lifestyle coastal properties and moved to Waikanae three years later continuing with the same company where I achieved multimillion dollar status. At that time the market was very slow and sluggish, to create interest in our properties we had to be inventive and do things quite differently. That was when the idea of auctioning properties on site first evolved on the Kapiti Coast. I think we were a bit behind other locations. It was great fun being on the ground floor developing Auction and Tender strategies and systems that are now part of everyday real estate transactions.

Returning to Levin from the South Island three years ago has been very exciting, catching up with old school friends and places.I chose Professionals Team as I had worked for Winkel Real Estate for 5 years whilst in Waikanae, it was Eddie Winkel who encouraged me to take up the challenge to study for my Real Estate Management Licence.

Throughout my Sales Career I have been consistently in the top 10% of Sales People in the Wellington area and have achieved many certificates of merit. I have a strong work ethic and believe that service, feedback and quality marketing are paramount to reaching our goals of excellence.

Experience has taught me that every property, vendor and market requires a different strategy to achieve the best price in the shortest time possible to fit in with the vendor’s needs. The challenge of looking at each selling and marketing senario individually is something I really enjoy.  There are no homes, properties, or people who don't interest me, big small rambling low maintenance tenanted lovely and unlovely. There is a buyer for every property and a marketing/ selling strategy to suit each situation. My passion now is to work out what will fit best with you, the vendor the owner of the property and your budget.

On a personal side I have four adorable grand children who like most grandparents I can never get enough of.  I am very involved in our community with the Ukeleladies, Levin Folk Music Club, Life Changers Church and voluntary work via our Church helping  people who need a little support dealing with lifes challenges.

I love to promote our location, it is so beautiful with it's stunning ranges, rivers and coastline, beaches and country side, my trusty furry friend Patches is helping me discover more and more of Levin's charm and character on our daily walks. It is great to meet with all the wonderful people with diverse interests who live and are coming to live here. In short it is a blessing to live in Levin we have so much to be proud of and to offer growing families, people who commute or work here, and people from all walks of life.
