Mother-and-daughter duo Emma and Chloe combine experience, local knowledge, and genuine care to guide you through your property journey.

Emma brings over 21 years of real estate experience and has been Ashhurst’s property specialist for more than a decade, consistently achieving outstanding results.  Her career highlights include reaching Branch Manager status and most recently earning her AREINZ qualification, reflecting her expertise and commitment to the industry.  Chloe, a licensed salesperson, adds fresh energy and a passion for matching the right buyers with the right homes.

Emma and Chloe are deeply connected to the community and passionate about showcasing everything the village has to offer.  Actively involved in local initiatives, they support organisations such as the Ashhurst Drama Group, Ashhurst School, Bowling Club, and Foodbank. They also give back by helping run community events and initiatives, including the local business group, directory, and popular village markets and parades.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
