The brand started in Australia in 1974, and was brought to New Zealand by some entrepreneurial business owners who could see the potential for a co-operative Real Estate Group in Aotearoa in 1983. It wasn’t their goal to compete with one another, rather they worked together, creating a network while still maintaining their independence as business owners.
