Born in Edinburgh, Scotland and raised in New Zealand, Scott Taylor is a devoted husband to Kelly and proud father to his two children, William and Sage. A lifelong football enthusiast, Scott has spent over 40 years playing and coaching the sport, developing the teamwork, discipline, and leadership that define his professional approach today.

After graduating from culinary school in, Scott spent more than a decade as a head chef in leading restaurants across the UK and New Zealand before transitioning into the property industry. For nearly 20 years, he has built a successful career in property sales, management, and business development.

Scott’s deep understanding of the property market, patience, and practical approach to maximising income have earned him numerous awards and the trust of both property owners and tenants.
