About Melissa

Melissa Procter is General Manager of Professionals Property Management in Onehunga, where she leads a team dedicated to clear communication, dependable service and well-managed Auckland investment properties. Her move into property management followed 15 years in customer service, bringing a strong understanding of what people need when they are trusting someone with an important asset.

Melissa began with Professionals Onehunga as an Assistant Property Manager, completed her studies and obtained her real estate licence before progressing to manage her own portfolio. That hands-on pathway gives her a practical view of the work, from supporting landlords and tenants through day-to-day matters to maintaining a high standard across the team.

As a leader, Melissa is focused on responsive service, thoughtful problem-solving and the details that help a tenancy run smoothly. She values the variety of property management and the relationships built with owners, tenants and trusted suppliers across Auckland.

Outside the office, Melissa enjoys designing and sewing her own clothes, as well as time with friends and family.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
