Terms and Conditions of Entry
Eligibility:
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Participants must book and complete a full market appraisal with one of our Professionals Redcoats Limited Licensed Real Estate Salespeople between 15 January 2025 and 31 March 2025. Properties that have received a market appraisal from Professionals Redcoats Limited within the past 3 months (prior to 15 January 2025) are not eligible. The property must have a valid address, and participants must be the homeowner.
Entry Details:
One entry per completed property appraisal. Appraisals booked but not completed during the campaign period will not qualify. Appraisals must be completed by 5:00 PM on 31 March 2025 to be eligible.
Prize Details:
The prize consists of a $10,000 Mitre 10 Petone gift voucher. The gift voucher must be redeemed in-store at Mitre 10 Petone by 31 March 2026. The gift voucher can be used for items available at Mitre 10 Petone, including outdoor furniture, BBQ equipment, and backyard accessories. The gift voucher cannot be used for landscaping services, trades, or labor costs. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be drawn at random on 7 April 2025. The winner will be notified by telephone and written or electronic means within 48 hours of the prize being drawn. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Professionals Redcoats Limited to publish their name, image, and/or voice (including photographs, film, or recordings) for internal and public communications, including social media, for an unlimited period without further notification, remuneration, or compensation. By entering the competition, the winner consents to such publication.
Conditions of Prize Use:
The $10,000 gift voucher must be used in accordance with Mitre 10 Petone’s terms and conditions. Professionals Redcoats Limited reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.
General:
Professionals Redcoats Limited reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the promotion or any of the specifications at any time without notification. If, for any reason, the promotion cannot run as planned due to causes beyond the control of Professionals Redcoats Limited, the promotion may be postponed or abandoned at their sole discretion. Professionals Redcoats Limited accepts no responsibility for such an event.
Privacy and Communications:
Your inclusion in this promotion provides your agreement to be contacted by Professionals Redcoats Limited to share details of future promotions. You reserve the right to opt-out of correspondence at any time, and Professionals Redcoats Limited will endeavour to remove your details from their database.
Governing Law:
The terms and conditions of this promotion are governed by New Zealand law, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Exclusions:
Employees of Professionals Redcoats Limited and associated companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter this promotion.
