Fantastic Outcome
As the co-agent in the sale of our tricky property (neighbouring titles, one with house and one just land), Alena helped to develop an approach that resulted in an outcome well above our expectations. In doing so she balanced the things that were important to us (maximising return with 'getting the sale done) and worked with us to adapt the listing as circumstances changed.
