About Angy

For me, real estate has never been about simply listing homes. It’s about representing people, protecting their interests, and working relentlessly to achieve the best possible result.

Now well established in the Upper Hutt property market, I’ve built my business on hard work, strong negotiation, and a genuinely hands-on approach. From being recognised as Rookie of the Year in my early career, to continued industry recognition and sales milestones, I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, but the results I achieve for my vendors will always matter more than the awards.

I’m results-driven by nature, and when you trust me with your property, I take that responsibility seriously. I’m constantly reviewing the market, buyer behaviour, feedback, and campaign performance, looking for opportunities to strengthen your position and keep your property moving forward. I believe great real estate isn’t about putting up a sign and waiting. It’s about strategy, presentation, promotion, follow-up, negotiation and knowing when to adapt.

Having grown up in a real estate family, property has always been part of my world. Combined with my previous background in aged care, this gives me a unique balance of commercial drive and genuine empathy. I understand that behind every sale is a person, a family, a story and often a much bigger life decision.

As an Upper Hutt local and a mum, I know this community beyond property statistics. I understand its neighbourhoods, its people and why buyers choose to call it home.
