Proud to call Hutt Valley home for over 25 years, Carl and his wife Karen have raised their three children here, building deep roots in the community he’s proud to help families settle in. He brings a wealth of life experience and a genuine passion for helping people into his real estate career.

With 23 years in the banking industry, holding senior roles in finance and risk management, Carl built a reputation as a trusted advisor to his clients. Now retired from playing hockey, Carl enjoys getting out into the Upper Hutt community and exploring the parks and local walkways with Karen and their three dogs, a routine that reflects his appreciation for both people and place.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
