Available, helpful and knowledgeable
We never actually got to meet Dean face to face but he did a great job in sometimes challenging circumstances. When buying a property from the other end of the country, having someone you can trust is particularly valuable. Dean worked with our son who was standing in for us and supporting us. Our son and also gave good feedback on how helpful and knowledgeable Dean was.

Big Effort, Fantastic Outcome!

Good communication & reliable
Dean was very quick to answer the questions I had, and if the information was not at hand would get back to me in a short amount of time. We had multiple site visits, nothing was a problem and was happy to meet us each time, we never felt like it was an inconvenience.
