Big Effort, Fantastic Outcome
As the agent in the sale of our tricky property (neighbouring titles, one with house and one just land), Dean advised on and took an approach that resulted in an outcome well above our expectations. In doing so he balanced the things that were important to us (maximising return with ‘getting the sale done’) and worked with us to adapt the listing as circumstances changed. Throughout the process he communicated well and openly. Aside from the actual outcome, we were most impressed with the effort Dean put in. He worked to repeatedly drum up fresh interest in the land property and ran viewings of it weekend after weekend. As a bare section, the sale took some time, but Dean’s interest in and work on the property never flagged, which we really appreciated. All in all we had a very positive experience working with Dean and would recommend him highly.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.
For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
