In the past I have had extremely bad experiences with agents, but Fiona was the best! I met her through sending an enquiry about a property that had already been sold, and I was impressed when she sent me an email about a new listing a few months later that met my requirements. She helped me through the process from viewing to title transfer with the utmost competency, professionalism, and kindness. Especially as the process was interrupted by COVID lockdown. Working with Fiona was the best Real Estate experience I have had so far. In my previous house sale I had used another company, and had felt extremely let down by them and when it came time to sell again I was nervous that the same thing was going to happen. But with Fiona she put my mind at ease. I could trust her completely that she was on our side as vendor’s and that she was going to get the best price for our house. Fiona kept me in the loop with her communication with our purchasers and was also driven to ensure we had a back up offer as the offer we had accepted was subject to the sale of their house. It was lucky that she was so keen to go after that, as our back up offer was who we ended up selling our house too. In this bananas housing market it can feel like you can have an open home and the house will be sold without an effort from the agent, however I felt Fiona chased down every little show of interest that was had on my property and in doing so, my house was sold for an amount that will set me up for my future.
I cannot praise Fiona enough for her kindness and drive and help through a house being sold due to a separation.
