With a real estate career spanning 20+ years, Kerry Luke brings an unmatched depth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people make life-changing moves. Starting in 1986 as a sales consultant, Kerry quickly built a reputation for her strong work ethic, honest advice, and ability to guide clients smoothly through the buying and selling process.

Her success led her into leadership as a Sales Manager, where she mentored and inspired others in the industry. Never one to stand still, Kerry also founded and ran a thriving property management business, driving its growth as Business Development Manager before its successful sale in 2022.

Kerry’s career is built on more than transactions – it’s built on relationships. Her clients value her ability to truly listen, understand their needs, and provide support during what can often be pivotal life moments.

Outside of real estate, Kerry also works as an independent celebrant, a role that reflects her natural empathy and her gift for connecting with people during milestone occasions.

Based in Canterbury, Kerry and her husband Derek enjoy their blended family of five sons, five grandsons, and a couple of much-loved fur babies. When she’s not helping clients, she’s caravanning, biking, exploring new destinations, or creating art.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
