Diving into the property market for the first time is really daunting. Dealing with a lot of professional people (bank people, solicitors, builders etc.) and deciphering a lot of emails with big, scary words screamed anxiety! But working with Kim made everything a breeze, as she has a wealth of knowledge and is able to translate all the technical jargon into dummy form so we could understand exactly what we needed to get done, when we needed to do it, and in what order.
