About Lee

Lee Vertongen is a Manager, Director and part Owner of Professionals Unique Realty Ltd, bringing more than 25 years of sales experience to the real estate industry. With a strong background that includes seven years of real estate sales in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, Lee combines international experience with a deep understanding of the New Zealand property market.

After returning to New Zealand, Lee specialised in lifestyle sales, developing a reputation for strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and a people-first approach. While now occasionally selling select lifestyle properties, Lee’s primary focus is leading and growing high-performing sales teams as Director of Sales.

Lee proudly helps oversee offices across Palmerston North, Feilding, Foxton and Levin.
