Hello! My name is Penny Babbar, and I am a proud mother of two beautiful children.  I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help you with real estate needs.

I am fluent in three languages, which allows me to connect with a diverse group of clients and make sure they feel comfortable and understood throughout the process. 

I have always had a passion for helping people, and real estate has been an exciting way for me to do just that. My strong communication skills, attention to detail, and dedication to making the buying or selling process as smooth as possible have allowed me to build lasting relationships with my clients.

In my free time, I love listening to music and getting creative with art and craft projects. I believe that creativity and passion are key to overcoming challenges, and I bring that same energy and enthusiasm to every real estate transaction.”

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
