We have partnered with MRI Software and can offer our members the choice of VaultRE or Property Suite CRM systems. Both are integrated into our website and have a range of branded templates built within the CRM’s. Additional functionality includes dashboards to manage profitability and sales, track team performance, and send email communications to your contacts.
Marketing & Leads
The Professionals brand carries high awareness and preference across Australasia. Our website has an established lead generation and enquiry system, which is boosted throughout the year with various marketing campaigns.
We also offer comprehensive marketing support to our offices. This includes access to an online marketing toolkit and marketing packs provided on a monthly basis to support the season and happenings (these include social media tiles, window cards, DLE flyers and emails). Our bigger campaigns are established and have a key focus on lead generation, as well as growing brand awareness and recognition.

Best Value Fees in NZ
Our monthly fee structure is transparent and benefits successful business operators. The fee percentage decreases as GCI increases. We don’t ask our members to contribute to a “Marketing Fund” or charge any fees for Property Management. All fees are used to provide services to our members.
We understand the costs involved with re-branding and moving your business to a new Group. We will work with you to minimise costs and provide assistance with any legal issues you might have in exiting your current agreement.
