About Krystal Lee

Born and raised in New Plymouth, I am proud to call this beautiful place my home.
Now raising my own children here, I have a deep appreciation for the community, lifestyle and opportunities that make Taranaki the special place that it is.

Over the last 10 years, I have helped to manage a successful business alongside my partner. This has helped me to develop strong skills in organisation, problem solving and customer service. Managing day to day operations in a fast-paced environment has taught me the value of both people and processes, and I intend to carry this with me into real estate. During this time, I also completed the New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies, further strengthening my attention to detail and understanding of property related matters.

I take pride in building real connections, offering honest advice and ensuring every client feels supported every step of the way. Having lived in multigenerational homes throughout my life, I understand the unique needs and dynamics that come with different stages of life, from growing families to caring for loved ones, and the importance of finding a home that truly works for everyone.

I am known for my compassionate approach, taking the time to listen, understand and genuinely care about people. I consider it a privilege to get to know each client’s story and be part of such an important moment in their lives.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
