On instructions from the Registrar of the High Court of New Zealand at Christchurch, under the provisions of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 and at the request of the GORE DISTRICT COUNCIL, Professionals Invercargill will offer for sale by public auction, to be conducted by Apollo Auctions, at the Professionals Invercargill office, 84 Don Street, Invercargill, on 6 August 2025 at 10.30 am.

The property situated at: 36 Mclllwraith Road, Gore, legal description being an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 7.6182 hectares more or less being Lot 42 Deposited Plan 134 as comprised in Certificate of Title 596471 Southland Registry.

The Particulars and Conditions of Sale may be inspected prior to the sale at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Christchurch, without payment of fee, at any time between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Particulars and Conditions may also be inspected prior to sale at the office of Professionals Invercargill.

A copy of the Particulars and Conditions will also be displayed by the Auctioneer at the time of sale.
