About Maddison

Maddison began her career in the hairdressing industry, where she developed strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. During this time, she discovered a growing interest in real estate and decided to pursue a career in property management, joining Richelle as her Property Management Assistant.

Her background in a client-focused role has given her excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a natural ability to build rapport. Maddison is eager to grow her knowledge and expertise in property management and is committed to supporting Richelle and the team in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
