About Jenny

Jenny Chen is Director, International at Professionals Property Management. She supports Auckland property owners, tenants and international clients with attentive service, clear communication and a strong understanding of the trust involved in managing a home or investment.

Before joining the property management team at Professionals Onehunga, Jenny built experience in real estate sales, where she successfully brought significant property transactions to completion for vendors and buyers. That sales background adds a valuable commercial perspective to her property-management work and reinforces her focus on service, responsiveness and outcomes.

Jenny grew up in Beijing and brings nearly 20 years of international experience living and working in multicultural environments. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she helps owners and tenants communicate with confidence and feel understood throughout the management process.

Her approach centres on listening carefully, building trusted relationships and providing the high standard of care that clients expect from a professional Auckland property-management team.

Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year.
