Richard Owen, our present Property Manager has been a pleasure to deal with and is always very helpful when we have any queries or the need for a tradesman at a property.

He has always responded promptly to any contact from us and we cannot speak highly enough of the way he has carried out his property management responsibilities.

Richard has been my Property Manager for only six months, but in this time achieved the equivalent of a two-year programme of maintenance and an unprecedented turnover of all tenancies. Richard sees problems as challenges and gets stuck in, it appears effortless and smooth, but is a lot of work and he offers valuable suggestions based on experience.
