Excellent Service. We were first home sellers and contracted Professionals after looking at a few local agents. We were initially tossing up whether to rent or sell the property and Richelle gave us good guidance for both options. When we made the call we got a new and updated proposal which gave us a really good steer as to how to get the best price, but at the same time giving us a realistic appraisal of the market.
Richelle, Angy and the rest of the Professionals team did a great job of marketing the property, which was sold in just over 1 month from listing, at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend Richelle and the Professionals to anyone selling in the Hutt Valley.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.
For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
