Get to know me

I am enthusiastic and interested in helping people, which makes me eager to resolve any issues arising for landlords, tenants or with maintenance issues for the properties under my care. My portfolio covers a wide area within the Auckland region.

My skills in planning and negotiation of maintenance contracts, plus the ability to efficiently manage relationships with tradespeople and other service providers ensures that my clients’ properties are kept to the highest standard for minimal costs.

I strongly believe that residential property management is not just about looking after tenants or collecting rent, but it’s about having your property, whether it is a family home or a part of an investment portfolio, be managed by qualified, professional property managers in order to obtain the best return possible.

I have lived and enjoyed my childhood in the Auckland central area, and I have attended the local schools and is familiar with the district. I am confident that my clients will be extremely well looked after.
