Introducing Maria Wilkinson

With 10 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and a passion for people, I am delighted to be part of the Gillies Realty Upper Hutt Team. When planning my move to Real Estate I choose the biggest and most successful company in Upper Hutt. My journey started as a personal assistant which provided me with an insight into the world of real estate.

I have a strong background in customer service. My skills and involvement in banks and debt collection services are the reason I really understand a client’s needs from start to finish.

I believe listening skills, enthusiasm and negotiation skills are the most important factors that I, as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, can bring to the fore as an advocate for the sale of a client’s property.

For most of us, our home is our biggest asset. I recognize the significance of this and my aim is to achieve the absolute best outcome for you in today’s market. My can-do attitude and bubbly personality gives me the opportunity to connect the right people with the right property and I consider this a real privilege.
