Introducing Mescha Soper-Arthur
Mescha Soper-Arthur has been selling Real Estate for the Professionals for over 6 years and is an experienced and successful agent within the Queenstown office. During this time she has achieved many personal goals and awards within the Professionals group.
Mescha has joined the 20 Million Dollar Club within the Professionals group for selling over $20 million dollars worth of real estate. She placed second in the country for the number of properties sold amongst all Professionals agents during the month of October 2017 and achieved in the top 10% for Sales within the group for the 2017/18 financial year. She has sold over 130 properties and has gained a number of very happy clients during this time.
Prior to working for the Professionals Mescha has world experience from competing at an international level for Ski Racing and attended Burke Mountain Academy in America, widely known in the USA for producing top athletes, some of which have gone on to win medals at the Olympics. Mescha has also been honoured to represent New Zealand at the World Cup level for Skeleton, another winter sport which is high adrenalin and not for the faint hearted. This high level competition has taught Mescha how to focus on a passion and to commit 100% to achieving her goals.
Mescha is extremely honest, dedicated and hardworking. She is a good communicator ensuring she keeps her clients well informed throughout the sales process. These skill have helped Mescha to secure large contracts, including being the sole marketing agent for Lakefield Estate, a 55 lot residential development in Kingston.
