On a daily basis I operate and manage the high performing Unique Realty Ltd Professionals Business & Commercial Division with our specialist, long established top performing team.  We specialise in Commercial Property Sales & Leasing, Business Broking and Commercial Property Management.

Business Studies Diploma (Real Estate) Massey University

Professional

Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute, Accredited Business Broker and I am a Licensed Branch Manager under the REAA.

Experience

I have 24 years of successful Real Estate business (all with Unique Realty) and a further 20 successful years of business in the electronics & appliance retail sector prior to that.  I am the recipient of multiple sales awards over the years.  A member of the Professionals $500m sales group.

I moved to Palmerston North in 1973 to study and have been here ever since (love Palmy)! I live on a small farm in Aokautere.

Family

I am married to Virginia with 4 adult children and a growing number of grandchildren all settled in Palmerston North.

Community

I am a founding trustee of the Palmerston North SafeCity (Charitable) Trust, a Board Member of Palmerston North's Safety Advisory Board, Recipient of Palmerston North City Civic Honours Award and recipient of a Paul Harris Fellowship (Rotary non member award).
