We’ve been helping Kiwi’s buy, sell, rent and lease their properties for over 40 years. We have been at the cutting edge of the industry since then and we pride ourselves on delivering successful real estate outcomes.
The brand started in Australia in 1974, and was brought to New Zealand by some entrepreneurial business owners who could see the potential for a co-operative Real Estate Group in Aotearoa in 1983. It wasn’t their goal to compete with one another, rather they worked together, creating a network while still maintaining their independence as business owners.
The model was a hit. From 1983 New Zealand real estate businesses began to join the Professionals Group - and we’ve been expanding ever since, now operating in most areas across in the country. We’re an independent, Kiwi-owned business, but we each have a say in the future direction of the
After one of our member lost their child to cancer in 1994, we partnered with Child Cancer Foundation and are proud to be a Superhero Business Partner. Throughout the year, we run various fundraising initiatives, and $25 of each house sale goes to this important cause.
