We offer dedicated support, tools and resources, conferences, new Salesperson trainings, online webinars, annual Owners and Managers Workshops, National Salesperson Conference and awards, plus monthly marketing webinar updates and online sales webinars for your teams. What else do you need?
We have partnered with MRI Software and can offer our members the choice of VaultRE or Property Suite CRM systems. Both are integrated into our website and have a range of branded templates built within the CRM’s. Additional functionality includes dashboards to manage profitability and sales, track team performance, and send email communications to your contacts.
Our brand has high awareness and preference across Australasia. Our website has an established lead generating content marketing program. We also offer comprehensive marketing support to our offices. This includes access to an online marketing toolkit, monthly marketing packs including social media tiles, Window Cards, DL Fliers and emails, and multiple lead generation campaigns each year.
Our monthly fee structure is transparent and benefits successful business operators, the fee percentage decreases as GCI increases. We don’t ask our members to contribute to a “Marketing Fund” and or charge any fees for Property Management. All fees are used to provide services to our members.
We understand the costs involved with re-branding and moving your business to a new Group. We will work with you to minimise costs and provide assistance with any legal issues you might have in exiting your current agreement to make the transition as seamless as possible.
