For tenants, step-by-step guidance is provided, which may help you safely resolve minor problems yourself or prevent them from becoming more serious. You can also submit a detailed report of the issue at any time, ensuring our property management team has all the information needed to respond quickly.

Once a request is logged, our team is notified immediately. If the issue is urgent, we’ll arrange for one of our trusted contractors to attend the property as soon as possible. Our regular contractors also use the system, allowing them to receive updates and respond efficiently.

For landlords, the portal offers full visibility over maintenance activity. You can track ongoing jobs, review and compare quotes, approve work, and stay informed with timely updates through to completion.

The portal will guide you through the process, identify the issue, and send the request directly to our team. Once submitted, your request will be received instantly.

Please include as much detail as possible, along with photos if available, so our team can review the issue and arrange the next steps in line with the landlord’s instructions.

If the situation is urgent and involves immediate risk to safety, damage to the property, or a security concern, contact emergency services first, then notify your property manager as soon as possible.
