The property situated at 17 Malta Street, Wyndham, legal description being an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1012 square metres more or less being Town Section 12 Block XII Town of Wyndham as comprised in Certificate of Title SL29/116 Southland Registry.

The Particulars and Conditions of Sale may be inspected prior to the sale at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Christchurch, without payment of fee, at any time between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
