My vendors are on the move and have found something else. Although they have a new plan, they are really sad to be leaving their awesome home where they have created great memories.

They told me they love the open plan living as it was the hub of the home and made it easy to be part of the family goings-on while preparing meals in the galley style kitchen and watching kids do home work or playing on the dining table.

Entertaining friends or having a quiet family BBQ on the deck has also been a great past time. The ease of indoor/outdoor entertaining through the sliding door of the dining area was a plus. They said they'll leave you the mounted speakers so you can enjoy entertaining with friends and family as well.

When the bigger kids were home there was plenty of room for them with the four double bedrooms and they had their own bathroom so they didn't mess up the parents en-suite. Two of the rooms have sliding doors to the deck with the master having a bit more room to put a small out door table and chairs so you can sit and have your morning coffee and enjoy the country air.

They had a small child and dog who used to escape so they built a big fence right around the large property which they say is great for privacy as well.

One thing they will miss is the double garage which they've used for entertaining, as its lined and has carpet tiles and after the party, there is lots of room to park two big cars.
