These townhouses don't come on the market all that often so please don't let this one slip away.
The location is absolutely brilliant - on the flat & literally a stones throw from Tawa Intermediate and College, and only a short walk to the bowling club, the pool and the shops. You can leave the car at home as it's only a short walk to the station as well.
Single level brick and tile construction means peace of mind and very low maintenance. The home is surprisingly spacious and is immaculately presented both inside and out. There's neat indoor/outdoor flow to the easy care section yet it's also quite private. Oh and it's an absolute sun trap to boot.
