Requests Here.

Submit all maintenance requests using the Tapi Portal on the right. This is the fastest and most efficient way for us to receive your request and arrange any required work.

The portal will guide you through the process, identify the issue, and send the request directly to our team. Once submitted, the request is received instantly, so there is no need to call or email the office to follow up.

Please include as much detail as possible, along with photos if available, so our team can review the issue and arrange the next steps in line with the landlord’s instructions.

If the situation is urgent and involves immediate risk to safety, damage to the property, or a security concern, contact emergency services first, then notify your property manager as soon as possible.
