Hi, I’m Katelyn Lynch  

I’m a proud wife, mum, and dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping people find more than just a house — I want you to find a place that truly feels like home.

After purchasing and relocating a home onto an empty lifestyle section, I’ve experienced the full journey of subdivision — from navigating council consents and connecting essential services to managing renovations. This hands-on experience gives me genuine insight into what it takes to create a home.

With strong local knowledge and a people-first approach, I value open communication, personalised service, and genuine support throughout every step of the journey.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and tackling DIY projects around our home.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
