For those buying into our brand, Professionals will be there from day one to support you. You’ll have access to some of the finest real estate trainers and mentors in the industry.

If you’re new to real estate, Professionals will provide ongoing training to cover important areas such as prospecting, appraising, buying and selling.

All members have access to our ‘Future Stars’ and ‘Professionals 101’ courses. Our annual salesperson conference is a marquee event held to motivate sales staff and share new ideas.

Our ‘Property Management Future Stars’ is a programme for receptionists, administrators and others who want to forge a new career as property managers. The ‘Property Management Masterclass’ is an opportunity for those with over two years experience as property managers to learn from like-minded colleagues. Property managers also hold monthly webinars to discuss day-to-day issues.

Technology training

Professionals invests heavily in real estate technology, so regular technology training is fundamental to our members’ professional development. We will make sure you are kept up to speed in areas such as CRM software, website management, online marketing and emerging mobile platforms.

Events and awards

We hold a range of quarterly award events to recognise and celebrate the achievements of our members, culminating in our annual awards night.

Our annual ‘Gen Now’ conference recognises our ‘young guns’ and every year top-performing offices are invited to attend the ‘Chairman’s Club’ event.
